STAFF PROFILE
The staff compliment of the firm consists of registered Estate Surveyors and Valuers and other ancillary/support staff.
- EMMANUEL C. EZEAMA, B.Sc., ANIVS, RSV.
Mr. Ezeama graduated from the Department of Estate Management of the University of Nigeria in 1987. He is an Associate Member of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers(NIESV) with membership number M.950. He is also registered for practice by the Estate Surveyors and Valuers Registration Board of Nigeria (ESVARBON) with registration number A.923. Since graduation he has been working in Estate Surveying and Valuation firms.
He began at Festus Obayiuwana & Co before turning to Laide Osikoya & Co. At both firms he acquired skills and vast experience in valuation of interests in real estate, and chattels. These include valuation of furniture, fittings and fixtures, plant and machinery, land and buildings, and economic crops and shrines for various purposes and for various individuals, communities, private and corporate agencies among which are Benin-Owena River Development Authority, Delta Steel Complex Ovwian-Aladja, Bendel Breweries Limited, Cornerstone Insurance Ltd, Josepdam Group Ltd, Arawarhien Oil Spill Compensation Assessment, BankPHB Plc, United Bank for Africa Plc, etc. His interest also covers Property and Facilities Management.
- CHARLES UBANI (HND, ANIVS, RSV)
Mr Ubani is an associate member of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers and is licensed by the Estate Surveyors and Valuers Registration Board of Nigeria. He holds the HND in Estate Management of the Federal Polytechnic Auchi. He has over 12 years of practice experience with full participation in valuation of Ada Palm Plantation, The Federal University of Technology Owerri, Wayleave Assessment for the NIPP, fuel stations in the South South and South East for the NNPC, liquidated assets of Progress, Mercantile, Lobi and Pan African Banks for the NDIC.
- MR PAUL EZE.
Paul is a graduate of the Department of Estate Management of the Enugu State University in 1994. He has had varied experience through the years working for firms like Mezue Associates and Joe Nwaorgu Associates in Enugu. His knowledge of the property market and its trends in Enugu is enormous. He is a member of the NIESV, and our branch manager in Enugu. Paul was our field team leader during the compensation assessment of affected properties by the dualisation of the Onitsha – Owerri Road.
- MR UCHE C. AMUZIE
Mr Amuzie is a 2007 graduate of Estate Management of the Federal Polytechnic Bauchi. Before joining the firm he had worked with the firms of Kunle Alonge & C o where he was involved in the management of various properties within the Federal Capital Territory especially within Asokoro, the Wuse Zones, Maitama and the Central Area of Abuja. He was born and bred in Kaduna.
- MR CHRIS OMALU. HND, ANIVS, RSV.
Chris was born and brought up in the Sabon Gari Area of Kano where he had his early life school education. He left Kano for The Federal Polytechnic Oko in Anambra State where he bagged the Higher National Diploma. He went back to Kano where he has been in practice, first with Afolabi & Co, and Odudu Odudu & Partners. He has handled way-leave assessment, valuation of industrial establishments within the Sharada Industrial Estate I and II among other similar jobs he has done over the years within Kano and the wider Northern Nigeria. Chris is member of NIESV and licensed by ESVARBON.
